We all know that ice rinks are cold. But on those cold, early, winter mornings it can be a real struggle to get warm and get moving. Whether it is your coordination system still sleeping or you can't get warm, you definitely need some exercises to help get you moving and wake up.  

So we're going to show you 3 different exercises that will help you stretch out your body, challenge you to control your movements and finally quicken up those feet with some fast steps. After these exercises, you'll be super warm and ready to tackle anything in your training session!
